PUNK ROCK!

This is Ian McKaye. He was in a band called Minor Threat, and another band called Fugazi. He thinks you should be listening to Punk Rock.

I do too, and here's why: Punk rock is a healthy way for you to express your emotions. Punk Rock is a way for you to communicate what you really believe in. Punk Rock is a way for you to be an individual and not just another cog in the machine. Punk Rock is a way for people from different walks of life to meet and discuss what really matters; to create a better society. And of course, Punk Rock is fun! And you do need more fun in your life. So, here are some awesome artists that have records available at The Urbana Free Library:

Agnostic Front
Anti-Flag
Bad Brains
Black Flag
Dead Kennedys
Fear
Fugazi
Husker Du
Minor Threat
Naked Raygun
NOFX
Rancid
and..... The Specials (which is Ska, but, whatever.)
