Bobby Pendragon is a typical fourteen year old. He plays basketball, has friends, and only fights with his sister occasionally. He is normal...until his mysterious uncle shows up and asks for his help. Suddenly, he's flying through a flume and entering a world that he never knew existed. Two groups are battling each other, and Bobby is in the middle of it without the aid of his uncle. With only the help of the fierce and beautiful Loor, he must save the territory from the real threat: a scheming shape-shifting menace named Saint Dane who wants to control everything that ever existed.
